Delia's Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service on matchdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to 25 waiting and bar staff to provide outstanding customer service in a formal dining environment.
- Efficiently manage restaurant operations, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Engage with customers, respond to feedback, and maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens and dietary requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of order taking, food delivery, and clearing, as well as speed of service and drinks delivery from corporate bars.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements:
- Strong people management and organizational skills, with experience in hospitality management.
- Ability to motivate and lead by example, with a resilient, calm, and confident approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to driving results and a positive attitude.
- Pride in your appearance and that of your team, as ambassadors for Delia's Canary Catering.
