We are seeking a Global HR Advisory Lead to join our team. As an integral part of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to senior leaders, developing and implementing HR strategies, and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations, coaching, and project management. You will be able to navigate complex cases, provide expert advice to senior leaders, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Extensive HR experience, including corporate and operational workforce client groups.
  • Strong ER experience, demonstrating coaching up to senior managers/Director level on complex cases.
  • Experience working with non-Netherlands-based leadership and advising/coaching on people practices and approaches.
  • Strong project management experience of HR change programs.
  • Experience managing pending and actual employment litigation cases in partnership with internal or external legal advisors.
  • Experience leading and delivering HR elements of organizational restructures.

Salary and Benefits

This is a salaried position with a base salary of $150,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
