Anti-Social Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join our team at Adecco.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Community Safety, Housing, and Anti-Social Behaviour, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and address ASB.
This is a temporary contract, initially for 3-6 months, with the possibility of further extension. The hourly rate is £19.07 per hour PAYE or £24 per hour Umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess and respond to anti-social behaviour and other breaches of tenancy conditions.
- To work closely with community groups, organisations, and agencies to develop and implement effective community safety initiatives.
- To provide advice and guidance on community safety policies and proposals, and to liaise with other council departments and external agencies.
- To represent the council in key partnerships, such as the Community Safety Partnership and Essex Community Safety Network Executive.
- To develop and implement early intervention initiatives to improve opportunities and outcomes for individuals at risk of offending.
- To utilise social media channels to increase community engagement and participation, and to raise awareness of key community safety issues.
- To maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes for all casework, and to competently use computerised technology.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of Community Safety, Housing, and Anti-Social Behaviour.
- Experience of delivering community projects and events.
- Experience of working with community groups and organisations.
- Experience with dedicated ABS systems.
- Experience of developing multi-agency working and shared action plans.
