Community Safety Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Community Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective response to Anti-Social Behaviour and other breaches of tenancy conditions. This will involve assessing customer circumstances, liaising with external agencies, and maintaining accurate records of progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing action plans to address Anti-Social Behaviour
- Liaising with statutory, voluntary, and external agencies to ensure tenancy sustainment
- Conducting home visits and attending case conferences as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and outcomes using computerised technology
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge and understanding of Community Safety, Housing & Anti-Social Behaviour
- Excellent personable skills in building strong partnerships with external organisations
