We are a renowned company in our industry, committed to exceptional work and high growth. As a SHEQ Manager at our manufacturing plant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of safety protocols and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fostering a culture that prioritises customer service and promoting health and safety in the workplace. Demonstrating effective collaboration and developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies in compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Investigating workplace incidents and accidents, providing safety training for employees, and developing quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials and managing customer complaints effectively. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and quality performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in safety and quality management within a manufacturing environment, and NEBOSH qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with quality management software.
  • Certifications in safety and quality management, such as Six Sigma or Certified Quality Engineer, are highly desirable.
  • A full, clean driving license is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary negotiable up to £50,000 per annum, complemented by a 10% performance bonus.
