Quality Assurance Manager

As a Hygiene Manager at Meatex Trading Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our organisation.
Responsibilities:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage and improve hygiene standards across the site.
- Liaise with General Manager and Production Managers to achieve great outcomes.
- Ensure equipment availability and schedule cleaning procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and system audits against the BRC Standard.
- Work with operational teams to maintain hygiene standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold formal food hygiene qualifications and have a background in Food Manufacture, Food Science, Technology, or Microbiology.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to use own initiative, be flexible, and self-motivated.
- Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft packages.
