Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in St Helens. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and identify new opportunities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and commission.
