Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support students with Special Educational Needs as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Primary Schools across Essex. As part of our team, you will make a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent and previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of activities
- Support the development of children's language and communication skills
- Encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required
- Provide feedback to parents and carers on children's progress and achievements
