About the Opportunity

Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Youth Worker to lead the Enfield Youth Election initiative in East London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting youth engagement and empowering young people through the democratic process.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive promotion strategy to engage young candidates and promote the election.
  • Collaborate with candidates to create compelling manifestos and campaign videos that showcase their vision.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and overseeing the entire Enfield Youth Election process.
  • Coordinating promotional activities and events to raise awareness and engage young people.

We offer a highly competitive salary package of £**32,000 - 36,000 per annum**, dependent on experience, and a flexible working arrangement from Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 20:00, with 35 hours per week.
