Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Renal Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of holistic care and service to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with experience in renal nursing and dialysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
