About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled NMC Registered Nurse to join our bank as a Staff Nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic care and service to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, external organisations, and hospital trusts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies while contributing to implementation and review.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high standards of care to renal patients.
  • Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice and participate in evaluating evidence to improve patient care.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Essential experience in renal nursing and dialysis
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, outgoing, and flexible

We offer a competitive salary of £27-£37 per hour, dependent on experience.
