Clinical Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our management team at Telford Hall Care Home as a Clinical Deputy Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times.
  • Support the Clinical Lead Nurse and deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence.
  • Offer supervision, support, and training to Nurse, Senior Carer, and Care Assistant colleagues.
  • Ensure a safe, caring, stimulating, and homely environment for residents and their visitors.

Requirements:
  • A dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse with proven supervisory experience.
