  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Regional Operations Management team.
  • Create a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team to investigate.
  • Attend regular client review meetings and take operational lead as required.
  • Network and build relationships within the London network.
  • Be an escalation point for Regional Operations Managers.
  • Manage performance against P&Ls for each manager's significant contracts.
  • Support debt management and recovery against significant contracts.
  • Provide senior leadership on contract delivery and client interaction.
  • Ensure all company assets and equipment are accounted for and managed correctly.
  • Attend bid presentations as required.
  • Ensure a strong relationship between the ROM team and control room.
  • Provide out-of-hours escalation support and ensure a Duty Manager on call system is in place.
  • Understand the use of sub-contractors and create plans to minimize their use.

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Valid SIA license essential.
  • Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH) desirable.
  • Formal change management qualification desirable.
  • Experience managing multi-value contracts at a regional or national level for at least 3 years.
  • Experience managing and directing large and disparate teams.
  • Significant experience working in security operational guarding.
  • Extensive experience operating multiple-scale contracts on a regional level.
  • Experience within Manned Guarding Security operations across multiple locations.
  • Evidence of consistently motivating and managing teams.
  • Experience in sales and supporting bid processes essential.
  • Proven client relationship and operational management of key accounts essential.
  • Strong understanding and evidence of implementing best practice in health and safety and risk assessments.
  • Good commercial and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrable track record of working with a range of clients in different fields.
  • Strong understanding of key security legislative requirements.
  • Strong management skills with ability to form relationships.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with good time management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities (oral & written).
  • Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity.
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Outlook/Calendar, Word etc.) essential.
