- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in sales or management are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the SaaS or fintech industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in sales.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales and the fintech landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
