Join Our Team as a Programme Security Officer

We are seeking a Programme Security Officer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a protective security role and be able to write and maintain security policies and procedures. They will also have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to work with multiple stakeholders across the MOD, Royal Navy establishments, and Team Fisher Partners.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the RUK Selborne Security Management Plan and ensure it is adhered to.
  • Lead the investigation of security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with RUK teams, Team Fisher security personnel, and MOD establishment security teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a protective security role.
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
