North West Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team in the North West region. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in the education sector, we are looking for someone who can drive our growth and expand our reach in the North West market.
This role requires developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with educational institutions, parents and students, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop effective sales strategies to meet regional targets
- Identify and engage new clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the education or services sector
- Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
