Job Title: North West Area Business Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team in the North West. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the North West, targeting key customers and driving sales growth
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet specific customer needs, rolling out showroom displays to boost brand presence and revenue
  • Manage project-related sales by targeting specification and value-engineering opportunities, building strong customer relationships and providing in-branch training for merchants and installers

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
