Job Title: Medical Monitor
">Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
">Company Overview: Our client is a fast-growing research and consulting company dedicated to assisting with new discoveries in cancer drug development.
">Job Description: The Oncology Medical Monitor will join a team of oncologists, each independently overseeing assigned studies. This role can be based remotely in the UK or selected European locations.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Medical Oversight: Provide medical input for clinical trials and assume responsibility for all clinically related protocol questions, eligibility questions, adverse event evaluation, and safety concerns.">
- Collaboration: Work with cross-departmental teams to drive best practice across the organization and contribute to the development of key internal and external documents.">
- Training and Development: Train Oncology staff regarding clinical aspects of drug development, general medical knowledge relevant to the conduct and monitoring of oncology trials, and the mechanism of action and known risks of drugs under study.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Board Certification: Board Certified MD in Oncology/Haematology">
- Clinical Experience: Clinical experience in Oncology & active participation in clinical trials">
- Comprehensive Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of clinical research processes">
- Pharmacovigilance Experience: Pharmacovigilance experience and familiarity with regulatory requirements">
- Education: Ideal candidates hold a PhD in a relevant research field">
