Clinical Research Associate

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, verifying investigator qualifications, and reviewing medical records.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with approved protocols;
  • Communicate with site staff, including coordinators, clinical research physicians, and their site staff;
  • Verify adequate investigator qualifications, training, and resources, including facilities, laboratories, equipment, and staff;
  • Review and verify medical records and research source documentation against case report form data;
  • Regulatory document review;
  • Medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventory;
  • Verification and review of adverse events, serious adverse events, concomitant medications, and corresponding illnesses;
  • Assessing patient recruitment and retention success and offering suggestions for improvement.
