El Rol

  1. Se ha creado un nuevo rol importante en el equipo de WTW Networks, que ofrece una oportunidad fantástica de trabajar de manera cercana con nuestros Miembros de la Red y nuestros socios de seguros.
  2. En este rol, reportando a nuestro Director Comercial, se convertirá en una parte integral de nuestro equipo cercano. Trabajará de manera cercana con nuestros gerentes de relaciones, desarrollando una comprensión integral y una relación de trabajo sólida con nuestros Miembros de la Red y nuestros socios de seguros.
  3. Utilizando el poder de nuestra base de datos de MI, identificará oportunidades individuales de corredor y transcorredor, las ajustará a la apetencia de nuestros socios de seguros, obtendrá el acuerdo de todas las partes y gestionará las colocaciones hasta su conclusión exitosa.
  4. Tendrá la oportunidad de evolucionar y moldear el rol, que también le permitirá mantener una estrecha relación con el Equipo de Corredores del Grupo WTW más amplio, proporcionándole así poder adicional y conocimiento del mercado. Esto también le dará acceso a las instalaciones de WTW y la capacidad de innovar y crear instalaciones adicionales, para nuestros Miembros de la Red, donde se identifique una necesidad más amplia en nuestra membresía.
  5. Aunque estará basado en casa, tendrá numerosas reuniones cara a cara con sus colegas del equipo de la red, Miembros de la Red y socios de seguros, en este rol altamente recompensador.
