Job Summary:

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process timesheets from employees to determine accurate payroll amounts.
  • Calculate overtime, bonuses, and other payroll-related benefits.
  • Prepare and execute payroll payments, ensuring timely and accurate funding.
  • Collaborate with senior management to confirm payroll suggestions.
  • Process and execute payments, paychecks, and statements of payment.
  • Manage taxes and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide payroll-related support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Compile key operational payroll metrics and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit periodic payroll reconciliations for review by the payroll manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and payroll best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Strong math and numerical skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
