RIBBONS AND REEVES Primary School in Barnet is seeking a talented Behavioural Assistant to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will support students 1-to-1 and in small groups, working closely with teachers to develop strategies to support students inside and outside the classroom.

This is a long-term contract until the end of the academic year. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a SEND school and work with children who require additional support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SEND education and eager to learn new skills.

The successful candidate will have a First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University and experience working with SEND children or behavioural difficulties. They will also be a strong, determined, and dedicated individual.

The salary for this role is up to £106 per day, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay. Our school has received an award and holds a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating, offering a supportive environment and a dedicated staff body.
