Director of Financial Crimes Controls

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Crimes Controls to join our team at Checkout Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial crime controls operations, including developing and implementing models involving tuning, calibration, segmentation, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supporting capabilities for transaction monitoring and screening processes
- Develop and implement financial crime control processes
- Participate in the drafting and improvement of procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity in implementing, testing, or evaluating the performance of financial crime and compliance systems
- Consistent record of strong quantitative testing and statistical analysis techniques as it pertains to BSA/AML models
- Experience talking to banking regulators and enforcement staff
