Early Years Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Little Chiefs Day Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare are delivered at the setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently ensuring nursery operations adhere to our policies and procedures. This includes maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children, promoting their learning and development, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, flexible hours ranging from 25-40 hours per week, and a range of benefits including childcare support, employee discounts, and health & wellbeing programs.

About You:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual who is experienced in delivering excellent standards of care. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, use their initiative, and time manage their day efficiently to ensure the smooth running of our nursery.
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected Hours: 25 – 40 per week
