Site Manager - External Works (Social Housing)

£55,000 per annum plus package

Hounslow based

We are working with a leading Construction Contractor to recruit multiple proactive Site Managers to deliver an external refurbishment project on a number of scattered occupied properties within the Hounslow area.

Duties
  1. Project Management: Controlling the overall direction and financial control of the contract.
  2. Client Liaison: Working in partnership with the client and client representatives to ensure a high-quality service delivery.
  3. Cost Control and Subcontractor Management: Managing costs and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Programme Implementation: Implementing short, mid, and long-term programmes for various work streams.
  5. Site Inspections and Investigations: Conducting site inspections, investigations, and preparing reports to maintain continuous improvement.
  6. Handover and Key Performance Indicators: Handing over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicators.
  7. Liaison and Communication: Liaising with the client, contract administrators, and other stakeholders.
  8. Health and Safety: Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to on site.
  9. Site Administration and Staff Management: Managing site administration and staff.
  10. Scheduling and Procurement: Scheduling and procuring materials.
  11. Subcontractor Progress Meetings: Chairing subcontractor progress meetings.
  12. Liaison with Design Teams and Consultants: Liaising with design teams, client representatives, and consultants.
  13. Programming Works: Programming works using MS Project.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a highly competitive salary of up to £55K + car/travel allowance + benefits.
