Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Howells Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering external refurbishment projects on a number of scattered occupied properties within the Hounslow area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control the overall direction of the contract, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee cost control and subcontractor management.
  • Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term programs for various work streams.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, investigations, and prepare reports to maintain continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely handover of properties, adhering to strict key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with clients, contract administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on-site.
  • Manage and control site administration and staff.
  • Schedule and procure materials.
  • Chair subcontractor progress meetings.
  • Liaise with design teams, client representatives, and consultants.
  • Program works using MS Project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering similar projects, including external cladding, with a reputable main contractor.
  • Ability to manage sites effectively, maintaining a strong presence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with cost control, subcontractor management, and health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other relevant software.
