We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Outpatient Services team as a Receptionist. This is a key role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients, relatives, and visitors to the department.
- Manage patient appointments, including checking in and out patients, and scheduling future appointments.
- Process patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the outpatient's supervisors and other clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support colleagues in different clinical reception areas, including cashing up outstanding clinics using InTouch and CRS systems.
