We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiologist to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (279). As a Consultant Cardiologist, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive outpatient and inpatient cardiology service for patients from across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to a full range of in-patient and out-patient cardiology services
- Form part of a team of 6 cardiologists at St Richard's Hospital, Chichester
- Support the development of a local EP service and contribute to the General Cardiology On-call Rota
- Manage the administration generated by these activities, including reporting of investigations back to GPs and responding to GP correspondence
- Teach and supervise medical students, junior medical staff, and technicians/nurses
