Job Title: Clinical Services Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing effective management and leadership across clinical areas, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective management and leadership across clinical areas
  • Ensure the delivery of safe and effective clinical care
  • Coordinate hospital activity relating to clinical risk management
  • Determine the effective and efficient use of physical and financial resources
  • Undertake Human resource activities for all members of the team
  • Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security
  • Support the Clinical Governance Lead on various aspects of clinical governance
  • Contribute to the clinical workforce development programmes

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse
  • Management, motivation and development of teams
  • Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience of consultant engagement to increase business performance
  • Positive working relationship with regulators
