Job Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused individual to fill the position of Administration and Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing claims, and carrying out various administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring efficient communication with customers through multiple channels.
  • Supporting customers throughout their claim journey.
  • Contributing to logistical processes by arranging pickups and drop-offs.
  • Efficiently setting up new claims within our internal systems.
  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Managing caseloads effectively, ensuring seamless progress through our in-house system and regular project meetings.
  • Focusing on personal growth and achieving set targets.
  • Handling excess payment collections.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in GCSE English and Mathematics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
