Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality initiatives at Dawsongroup Environmental Municipal Civil.

This role will involve:

  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the company achieves its HSEQ mission and objectives.
  • Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the business.
  • Developing and managing the annual Health, Safety and Environment plan.
  • Delivering and maintaining full compliance of quality standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with key changes to legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in health and safety, with a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, compliance, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on field and workshop, fleet, and transport operations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for a range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
