Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at Dawsongroup Environmental Municipal Civil. As Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's HSEQ mission and objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the company achieves its HSEQ goals.
  • Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the business.
  • Developing and managing the annual Health, Safety and Environment plan.
  • Delivering and maintaining full compliance of quality standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with key changes to legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) and/or relevant environmental qualifications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of health and safety legislation, compliance, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on field and workshop, fleet, and transport operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
