Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience. Benefits include enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, Wagestream, funded Blue Light Card, 24/7 doctor line, cash plans, enhanced retirement leave, and long service awards.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a dynamic team to support individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, conduct supervision and appraisals, develop care plans, and ensure individuals receive support to manage their finances.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve services.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
