Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Employer Branding Strategist to play a pivotal role in our customer journey. As a key member of our team, you will develop creative marketing strategies and sell our recruitment marketing solution to clients. This client-facing position involves presenting and promoting employer branding and recruitment marketing services to enhance our clients' ability to attract and engage a diverse range of employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for talent marketing and employer brand across various services.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with customers to understand their EVP and talent challenges, creating tailored employer brand profiles and marketing plans.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure client diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies are integral to recruitment marketing plans.
  • Discovery and Sales: Engage actively in the discovery and sales process, collaborating with internal teams to define effective solutions.
  • Bid Content and Campaigns: Develop bid content and campaign proposals, and present in sales pitches as the subject matter expert.
  • Sourcing Channel Strategies: Analyse and recommend sourcing channel strategies, including social media campaigns.
  • Candidate Connection: Work with technology to maximise candidate connection and reach.
  • Talent Pool Engagement: Collaborate with talent sourcing teams to develop engagement strategies for talent pools.
  • Talent Attraction Strategies: Implement and deploy new talent attraction strategies and campaigns.
  • Brand Guardianship: Act as the brand guardian for all communications and marketing collateral.
  • Media Campaigns: Develop impactful media campaigns with media partners.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, report on spend, and deliver ROI.
  • Candidate Journey Metrics: Embed metrics into the candidate journey for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate campaigns to innovate continuously.
  • Employer Branding Consultancy: Design and deliver consultancy solutions for employer branding projects.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing experts to maximise marketing outputs.
  • Research and Development: Research and develop new initiatives for the employer branding and marketing offering.

Requirements

  • Employer Branding Expertise: Proven expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Best Practices Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Recruitment Experience: Experience in a recruitment or talent outsourcing environment.
  • Consultative Experience: Consultative experience with external customers to develop talent attraction strategies.
  • Talent Marketing Campaigns: Track record of designing and deploying successful talent marketing campaigns.
  • Sourcing Channels: Expertise in sourcing channels, including social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Experience in sales presentations and bids.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative programs such as Canva, Prezi, PowerPoint, PowToon, etc.
  • Desirable Experience: Desirable: Experience delivering solutions to customers in Europe.
