Job Description

As a Quality Control Manager in our Building Division, you will be responsible for ensuring our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Forge robust partnerships with construction and design teams to enhance synergy across projects.
  2. Develop and deploy targeted training to bolster QA compliance and ensure our teams are equipped and informed.
  3. Lead quality inspections and mentor site-based staff to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  4. Generate insightful quality reports to drive continuous improvement across our projects.
  5. Influence design and specifications to pre-emptively address potential construction challenges.
  6. Oversee critical post-handover works and champion our quality standards until final sign-off.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A seasoned professional with substantial experience in Production or Construction Management, particularly within the building industry.
  • Adept in understanding construction trades, building standards, and warranty provider requirements.
  • Well-versed in Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation with a strong track record in construction quality inspections.
  • Comfortable with construction digital systems like Asite Field, Field View, or SnagR.
  • An exceptional communicator and leader, capable of building trust and driving performance across diverse teams.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a lucrative bonus structure, generous car allowance, and extensive health coverage.
