Registered Service Manager - £38,940

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Staines. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and a proven track record in managing service operations.

Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service(s) to meet regulatory and quality standards
  • Develop and implement person centred support plans to enhance the quality of life of our service users

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the service(s) to meet regulatory and quality standards
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement person centred support plans to enhance the quality of life of our service users

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Health and Social Care or related field
  • Valid CQC registration and Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
