About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Shared Tech Service Squad. As a key member of our Agile Team, you will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensuring the smooth delivery of infrastructure change projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Demo, and Retro.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of team ceremonies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understand the principles of "Flow" and work with the team to embed this thinking.
  • Remove impediments quickly and support the team in addressing issues.
  • Prepare the team for Business Review and Planning sessions.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Agile concepts and Agile tooling.
  • Comfortable blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong influencer with the ability to influence across a broad stakeholder group.
  • Practised in helping others understand Agile concepts and ways of working.
  • Experience working on infrastructure change projects.
  • Proven capability to assess and prioritize expectations.
