Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Shared Tech Service Squad at Together. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensuring the smooth delivery of infrastructure change projects across multiple squads.

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Set up and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to ensure the team is aligned and working effectively.
• Improve Ceremonies and Processes: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of ceremonies and processes, and work closely with the Product Owner and team to identify areas for improvement.
• Remove Impediments: Quickly identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, and work with the team to address issues and maintain a smooth flow of work.
• Support BRP Sessions: Ensure the team is prepared for Business Review and Planning (BRP) sessions, and facilitate the flow of the session to achieve the right outcomes.

• Agile Expertise: Good working knowledge of Agile concepts and agile tooling that facilitates it.
• Methodology Blending: Comfortable blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and able to use KANBAN effectively.
• Influencer: Strong influencer with the ability to influence across a broad stakeholder group.
• Agile Enthusiast: Practised in helping everyone understand Agile concepts and ways of working, and able to encourage and enable others.
• Infrastructure Experience: Experience working on infrastructure change projects.
• Prioritization: Proven capability to assess and keep assessing what is important at any given time in order to prioritize and effectively manage expectations.
• Team Energizer: Energises the team, keeps spirits and momentum high.
