About the Role:

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities in our Morecambe service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to service users
  • Administering medication
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Supporting individuals to access their community, including social activities and outings
  • Carrying out general administrative duties and supporting with domestic tasks

Requirements:

  • A minimum of twelve months experience of working with people who have a learning disability
  • A 'can-do approach', person-centred values, compassion, and commitment
  • Reliability and dependability, with consistency allowing service users to feel safe
  • A positive outlook on life and a fun personality
