As a QA Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by applying the principles of acceptance testing throughout the software development life cycle.

You will work closely with the development team to define acceptance criteria, create test scripts, and lead acceptance testing cycles.

  • Support the QA Manager in driving quality assurance measures and testing standards across the business.
  • Analyze documentation and technical specifications to determine the intended functionality of new deliveries.
  • Participate in developing, documenting, and validating end-user requests for modifications to new and existing systems or applications.
  • Validate business readiness for testing and ensure all necessary tools and processes are in place.
  • Coordinate business acceptance testing on all stages, including identifying test resources, communication, and assigning testing.
  • Create and execute test plans and scripts for all products and channels in line with development and roadmap schedules.
  • Manual testing of retail applications and physical gaming machines.
  • Test new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
  • Log and monitor progress on all defect fixes and escalate any problems with defect fixes to relevant teams.
Requirements
  • Black Box testing experience.
  • Basic programming knowledge and a good understanding of testing tools.
  • ISTQB or other software testing certifications are an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Selenium and Java is preferable.
  • Passion for testing and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and proactively help and coordinate across teams.
