The successful candidate will be a qualified Drama Teacher, holding a formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE), and have excellent subject knowledge in both KS3 and KS4.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, excellent teacher who can inspire students to achieve their full potential in a well-resourced and highly successful department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To teach Drama to students at KS3 and KS4 level
  2. To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  3. To assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  4. To collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience

Requirements:

  • Degree in Drama or related field
  • Formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
  • Excellent subject knowledge in Drama
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
