About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Manager at Ridgewood Court Residential Care Home. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of Ridgewood Court, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
  • Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, responding to resident needs and concerns.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive culture within the home, promoting staff engagement and retention.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting, with a strong understanding of care delivery and management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A current driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to other care homes as required.
