About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Facilities Manager to join our team at Search. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all stakeholders.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, residents, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day contract, compliance, and health and safety matters to ensure high quality service levels are delivered and maintained.
  • Assist in driving the strategy and vision of the development and delivering the highest level of guest experience.
  • Ensure consistent knowledge of the service vision and all other service standards or operating procedures.
  • Maintain the highest quality database relating to residents' preferences.
  • Handle all estate requests from residents to provide creative options in a timely manner.
  • Assist in monthly reporting of SLA's & KPI's against each service contract across the development.
Requirements
  • Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent knowledge of facilities management best practices.
  • Experience in health and safety audits and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
