About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex needs, providing companionship, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including taking them on outings and engaging in activities
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Administer medication and use moving and handling equipment as required
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues in Punjabi or Urdu

Requirements
