Wok Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Wok Chef to join our team at a unique restaurant in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase your culinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes to a high standard using Turbo-style woks.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage stock levels and quality in the wok section.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with junior chefs to support their development.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience working with a wok.
  • Experience working on Turbo-style wok stations with Cantonese-style woks is ideal.
  • A passion for Chinese cuisine and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • For those requiring visa sponsorship, a valid passport and B1 level CEFR (IELTS 4.0) are required.
