We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the North of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong customer relationships within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle to maximize sales potential.
- Maintain and develop relationships through structured site visits and communications with current and potential customers.
- Conduct on-site sales visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, follow system processes, and use the system to support sales development.
- Organize and attend mini-exhibitions and symposiums.
- Assist with marketing activities, participate in sales and training videos and webinars, and report on competitor activity and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Organic/Medicinal/Scale-up and Process Chemists in Pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech, BioPharma, Research, and Chemical organizations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- BSc or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of products in process and organic chemistry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving license.
