Automation Solutions Architect

Job Title: Automation Technical LeadWe are seeking an experienced Automation Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive business process automation, optimise workflows, and create scalable low-code/no-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other relevant tools within Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Develop scalable and efficient workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and teams in PowerApps and Power Automate best practices.
- Ensure integrations with other systems and applications are robust and optimised.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards within the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in guiding teams and managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms and a solid understanding of business process automation.
- Experience integrating PowerApps and Power Automate with other Microsoft tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
