Job Title: Solutions Architect

At Tech Mahindra, we are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to gather business requirements and analyze them to create technical requirements and solution architecture.
  • Validate end-to-end solution designs to ensure they align with architectural design patterns.
  • Drive end-state integration architecture using open interfaces.
  • Manage architecture roadmaps for automation units and analyze the impact of architecture changes on existing network domains and systems.
  • Work in Agile Scrum environments and drive Scrum practices for architecture and development activities.
  • Act as a technical advisor to clients and provide consulting experience in automation.
  • Contribute as a technical Scrum Master, leveraging technical and architecture-related expertise.
  • Determine changes in processes with automation in networks and ensure process adherence.
  • Work with developers and test engineers to drive activities on automation platforms and ensure testing and validation of changes in network automation systems.
  • Sound knowledge of requirement analysis and management tools like Confluence, Jira, and BPMN tools.
  • Prior experience in lifecycle automation, design, provision, and management is desirable.

  • Strong understanding of network automation and architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of requirement analysis and management tools.
  • Ability to work with developers and test engineers.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
