Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Assist the Junior Branch Merchandiser in managing inventory allocations to Outlets, ensuring seamless stock movements and optimal inventory productivity.
  • Trading and Reporting: Provide weekly reports on key KPIs, including sales, stock, and ST%, to the wider team, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute new Outlet product drops and markdowns.
  • Communication and People: Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams through regular store visits and meetings, and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of Retail Merchandising principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
