About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department
- Support and deliver training to team members, actively developing their skills and knowledge
- Ensure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
- Develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
- Adhere to the company standard operating procedures and maintain a thorough knowledge of all standards within the hotel
About the Hotel:
The 4-star Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa is a modern hotel located in the city centre of Cardiff, offering 172 spacious bedrooms. The hotel features a range of amenities, including an 18-metre swimming pool, steam room, and jacuzzi.
